Most depressing place I've ever worked. Layoffs have taken a heavy toll on those who survived. People seem skilled, but not engaged. No one shares knowledge.

People rarely interact and don't seem to trust each other.

Most people face harsh repercussions for speaking out, so they don't. And leadership isn't aware of problems.

Share knowledge! Everyone guards their silo for fear of being made redundant. The only way to succeed is together.
