Verizon equity pays dividends and has performed well in a tough market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not given challenges commensurate with my skill or pay.
The company wouldn't offer fair compensation when compared to the market. Great benefit.

Share knowledge! Everyone guards their silo for fear of being made redundant. The only way to succeed is together.

People rarely interact and don't seem to trust each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers were considerate of my time and did their best to make me feel comfortable.
Gave a clear view of company expectations
Flexible process for interviewers and not impersonal.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed and efficiency. They can take up to two month only to send you the contract and feedback is very slow too

Most people face harsh repercussions for speaking out, so they don't. And leadership isn't aware of problems.
