Vermont Information Processing Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great medical, dental and vision coverage. Amazing ESOP retirement account.

ESOP- the underpay base wages (and pay people arbitrarily based on subjective characteristics)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While the health benefits were above average, it took too long to get enrolled into the ESOP - 12-18 months. The salary is well below average for the work you do, especially if you are on one of the priority client projects.
