Hire some leadership from outside of Vermont who are well educated and experienced, and pay them for what they bring to the table. National level client base should be serviced by a diverse workforce that is respected by those clients.

While the health benefits were above average, it took too long to get enrolled into the ESOP - 12-18 months. The salary is well below average for the work you do, especially if you are on one of the priority client projects.

Get rid of outdated testing and regional based hiring

There is a lack of good leadership in the middle of a fast growing organization. The doers at the bottom have almost no direction or ability to grow. With so many of those doers lacking post-secondary education, there is a lack of ability for them to find a path to success.
Better pay, considering Vermont has a high cost of living. Executive team and other levels of management need to be upgraded with more highly educated/talented people that are from outside Vermont. Your international level clients will respect you more and truly see you as a partner vs a vendor.
