What is the best part about your compensation package?

The holidays and summer Fridays. Lots of improvements to overall PTO, 401k etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being made market rate

I can honestly say I was hired for one thing and keep getting things thrown on my plate that I was not hired for at all. It feels like my work load increases every single week and I keep working additional hours.

Being told that merit raises or cost of living raises are not required to be given, even though they are standard in any other company makes feel like as long as their is a body here nothing else matters.

Right now, the economy is terrible. Everything is super expensive, higher rent and same salary for 2 years. I understand that some companies increase the salary once a year, which is not happening here.

Although i feel i am not getting paid as per my expectations one should get paid for an AE position. But the delay in my pay cheques is something that makes it bad for my current living situation with the current pay rate. For example i got all my October month payments last Friday(November18th)

I would appreciate market-rate pay for everything I do. There are resources that we need to do part of our jobs, like product photography, and Canva company memberships. I currently am doing more jobs that I was hired, I think a raise is due.

I think the bonus I was offered for initiating the Steve Harvey brand was significantly lower than it should have been.

I was promised a yearly bonus when I was brought on with the company - that has not happened

I would say recognition needs to be there more. we shouldnt have to say when its our anniversary or Birthdays. I would also say better medical benefits. Not so much the pay but benefits.

for the time i have in the company i and the brands i work for i would feel more appreciative with a raise, our times are not getting easier it getting harder

In the past year, the company has grown significantly! With that growth my job has become increasingly more stressful with a much larger workload that will continue growing. I am doing tasks that were not outlined in my original job responsibilities but have not had any salary increases.
