What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team oriented, no micromanaging, you are given a task and allowed to run with it. Always open for advice / suggestions. Great atmosphere to work in even with being a remote company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy having my hands in a multitude of different business aspects. Each day is different, and my tasks can change which I enjoy. The more versatile I am, the more benefit I am to the company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team dynamic is unparalleled. Everyone is willing to help to get the task at hand completed. All employees, including management at Veyl have a roll up your sleeves, can do attitude and it is such an amazing team to be a part of!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked with such an amazing group of people. For a leadership team to actually lead by example, and set forth expectations is hard to find these days. Veyl's leadership team matches these traits in a way I have yet to see at any other position I have held.
