Most people are fun to work with and many are very competent in what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members try their best to cheer each other on despite the physical distance we have from each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish something concrete and move projects forward in a constructive way. Also being able to connect with coworkers also makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my point of view, the leadership team seems to be working towards the same ultimate goal, although along the way, there may be miscommunication and certain priorities are shuffled around often.
