Its definitely improving, so thats a positive! There was absolutely NO company culture a year ago

Love the diversity within the team we get to experience more so than other companies being completely remote!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the past year, the company has grown significantly! With that growth my job has become increasingly more stressful with a much larger workload that will continue growing. I am doing tasks that were not outlined in my original job responsibilities but have not had any salary increases.
