Work culture is increasingly toxic and there's little rapport between coworkers. There's a clique-ish environment in which certain people are treated more favorably than others. People are overworked and the executive team doesn't value or honor the time of employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy that the company is remote
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the bonus I was offered for initiating the Steve Harvey brand was significantly lower than it should have been.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Executive Team should be more mindful of deadlines and expectations that are put in place for employees in order to decrease burnout. Also, if there are certain employees that are making significant contributions to the company then there should be a pathway for them to grow in the company.
