Ability to assist the team members is something the really like about our company.

Ability to Help when needed and also to be able to find answer for all the small(dumb) questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Checking in with every team member and ensuring there voices are heard is one of the key aspects of Leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming up with ideas to make the Post working pipeline better and better is something that i really like doing and i am really glad i found a firm that appreciates it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although i feel i am not getting paid as per my expectations one should get paid for an AE position. But the delay in my pay cheques is something that makes it bad for my current living situation with the current pay rate. For example i got all my October month payments last Friday(November18th)
