The people are great, I wouldn't say the culture is. There is a lot of things that seem very done behind closed doors and secretively

actually making and sticking to a plan. Things change here every hour on the hour. No one knows what is happening 99% of the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
When someone above me actually listens to me. It's so frustrating that I was hired for a specific job/role but nothing I say matters until a higher up says the same thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can honestly say I was hired for one thing and keep getting things thrown on my plate that I was not hired for at all. It feels like my work load increases every single week and I keep working additional hours.
