I always brag about my job! I love what I do but especially love the company and all it stands for. It's all so different from previous job experiences....for once I don't feel like a robot. Yes, we come to work but we also come to connect with others, laugh, cry, and grow!!!
What makes you most happy at work?
connecting with everyone....it's a virtual job and sometimes it gets lonely at home lol but talking with my cowokers/team on the daily-all day IS AMAZING.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the love!!!!!!! everyone loves each other and helps each other. we all work together so beautifully and to be honest, I have never seen anything like this before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The connection, the compassion, and the respect we have for each other. I think we all have a lot of love for each other and even we disagree, we can talk about things in a professional and healthy manner. We take the team to hear each others ideas and perspective! It's refreshing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The compassionate environment - as I have never really experienced that in previous jobs. I feel like a HUMAN here and not just an employee. That is major for me and my goal is to make my team/agents feel that as well! They all matter and life is hard as is....let's make it a little easier!
