The Executive Team should be more mindful of deadlines and expectations that are put in place for employees in order to decrease burnout. Also, if there are certain employees that are making significant contributions to the company then there should be a pathway for them to grow in the company.

I can honestly say I was hired for one thing and keep getting things thrown on my plate that I was not hired for at all. It feels like my work load increases every single week and I keep working additional hours.

Being told that merit raises or cost of living raises are not required to be given, even though they are standard in any other company makes feel like as long as their is a body here nothing else matters.

Right now, the economy is terrible. Everything is super expensive, higher rent and same salary for 2 years. I understand that some companies increase the salary once a year, which is not happening here.

Although i feel i am not getting paid as per my expectations one should get paid for an AE position. But the delay in my pay cheques is something that makes it bad for my current living situation with the current pay rate. For example i got all my October month payments last Friday(November18th)
many coworkers need to relearn how to do their jobs, some of them have no idea what they're doing, don't know the processes or have any product knowledge. Some also can't read a schedule to save their lives.
