Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They focus on the right things, and provide all resources necessary, including themselves, to set every one of their team up for success. I have never felt so positive in the direction and decisions that my company is making, than I do at VHT.
They inspire all of us to do our best work, because they believe in the value each and every one of us brings to the table, and they celebrate and encourage all of us to be true and unique. I feel so important, valued, appreciated, and supported in my continued success.
They give honest and open feedback regularly, so you always know where you stand, and they are always encouraging and inspiring. This is the best leadership team I've ever been blessed to report to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is an enormous benefit, remote-first work option is second best, and I love that they offer us pet insurance, and they offer the best vision plan, for those that need it.
It gives me opportunity to get paid on successfully doing my job, IE finding expansion opportunities.
We create our own destiny and success. Salaries are generous and competitive in relation to others in their assigned demographic area, bonuses are great, for those that are deserving and meet all of their assigned benchmarks. They also give other small little perks here and there that I love.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love our diversity, our experience levels (we have a wonderful mix of new and seasoned professionals), and our manager. We make up a new team within the organization and I could not be more proud to be a part of it, and being a major contributor to our success and uniqueness.
We all bring different things to the table. I love our diversity. We have a really strong and fun team.
We are so collaborative, open, honest, and respectful of each other. My manager is the best I've ever had, being super engaging, as well as a spectacular coach and developer. My teammates are always willing to help no matter what, and they're fun, and genuinely good people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO's purpose and passion is Make Championship Moments Happen. We are a people-driven, kind, collaborative, and impactful technology company, and we are all committed to winning and the continued success and growth of VHT.
My company celebrates and values their people first, and then our clients. We are a people first organization dedicated to the success of the people that put effort in each and every day. It is the most refreshing and wonderful place to be and belong to.
Everyone is accepted and valued for their contributions. Nobody is above anyone else. This is the most collaborative and open environment I've ever been a part of. VHT genuinely values their employees and does everything they can to reward, retain, develop, and celebrate them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager was committed to moving the process along quickly.
The feedback and validation that was provided to me was greatly appreciated, insightful and valuable.
The managers I met with all provided kind and honest feedback pertaining to my experience and preparation, and they gave it up front, and to my face. I really appreciated it, and feedback delivered in that way was a courtesy I had never experienced before with other companies/interviewers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the trust and respect I have and am given everyday from my immediate manager.
The people I get to collaborate with each day. I cannot honestly say I dislike anyone.
I love my team. I love the collaboration with other teams like training, Finance, DevOps, and Support. I love the openness and accessibility we have to the leadership team. I really love my manager, and I am especially grateful to have the welcome flexibility to work from home 100% of the time.

What do you like best about your company?
Our product is very necessary and valuable. I love that our company provides a product that makes the days of people and consumers a better and more pleasant experience.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
What does everyone always want - more money. I would also like the company to encourage employees to enrich and grow themselves professionally. We all do, and they make it very possible, but it's not widely promoted.
