Henry Moniz — Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at ViacomCBS

Mr. Henry T. A. Moniz has been Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Viacom, Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Moniz served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Compliance of Viacom Inc., since February, 2004 and oversaw its compliance and business ethics programs. Mr. Moniz joined Viacom in 2004 from Bingham McCutchen in Boston, where he served as a litigation partner. His duties at Bingham McCutchen included advising companies on compliance programs Previously, Mr. Moniz worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the criminal divisions in Miami and Boston and served on the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct. Prior to joining Bingham McCutchen, he advised and assisted Democratic Members of Congress as Minority Counsel to the Committee on the Judiciary of the United States House of Representatives during the inquiry on the impeachment of President Clinton. He serves on the Bowdoin College Board of Trustees. He serves as a member of the National Roster of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association and the Massachusetts Governor's Council on Capital Punishment. He is a Fellow for the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Moniz earned a B.A., cum laude, from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
