it was a long time ago. I interviewed as a temp to hire. I don't remember much about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do complex, highly technical work yet only get paid what other companies are offering for new hires. I stay because I get overtime and I don't want to start over at a new company.
