There are a lot of changes lately and it is hard to keep up with this changes.
How's the feedback proccess at ViaWest?
They do a "4 points" scale, where according to everyone there are no "A" players. they try to do very tight reviews, it is hard to get good grades on it.
What does the leadership team at ViaWest need to get better at?
Leadership should allow skilled employees to make decisions in their area of expertise.
