i am litterally one of the workers that makes the parts the company provides it is the first and most important step, but we get paid pennies to the dollar compared to some salesmen, or even human resource employees, absolutely discusting.
It would be helpful if they could show up on time and not leave early. Also they withhold important information.

Run the business professionally. Get organized. To top dogs need to learn what goes on from bottom to top and how everything runs. Train your employees, pay them and promote by skill and not by who's in the click or a yes man.
