What do you like best about the leadership team?
Exceptional strategic leadership, care for the employees, and pushing toward innovation and excellence.
Very knowledgeable but they spend too much time on meetings that show the story and not the actual action items
The best part about our leadership team is the way they keep us informed of ongoing changes as they develop. We have weekly meetings with our manager and coaching team and we have a monthly meeting with the executive management team. VIDA is great at boosting employee morale!
They're open and honest with the employees, have the knowledge needed to make us a successful company in the longterm.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong compensation and benefits compared to others in the market.
The health care that is provided
Unlimited PTO, quarterly wellness benefits, team off-sites.
Its a very comprehensive coverage package at a very affordable rate. The PPO and HMO networks are large and allow me to pick an MD or specialist at some of the top health care providers in the US.
