Everyone is made to feel included and heard. If you have ideas or changes you want to propose as long as you are willing to take ownership leadership is open to having them implemented.

Time was given to ask questions, like really ask with each interview being flexible to go over time to ensure you felt comfortable with the decision you are about to make
