Over worked and told to do jobs i am not qualified for
Loyal employees deserve the pto, or days they acquired while there, and they keep them if you decide to go elsewhere... well obviously they never want to return, or recommend anyone to go there for employment
Pay raise since ewhat we do is hard and if we do it right, we should be able to feel good about working and supporting our families because we have to do so too!! I feel we deserve it and we are the main people who keep the residents happy, so in a sense we should be able to not have to work over.
all they do is tell you they care and the famous "I'll look into it" and then it never hapens
Never had a meeting or fet together
Always overworked, stressed, and not appreciated
New ownership, owners are really some of the worst people you could meet in your life.
I'm not with the company anymore, and I feel sorry for the others that have no choice but to work there
Employees are not getting paid for the hours worked and there's no one working in HR at the facility. Staffing is horrible.
No DoN No Administrater No proper paychecks
Not proper care for what residents pay for, or deserve
Owners are negative and I work directly for them, you get text messages on Sundays cussing you out etc.
