I appreciate that the Vincit leadership team works to be transparent about where the company is going, and looks for input on decisions or ideas before executing.

I love the flexibility and freedom. I can set my own hours and really take ownership of my responsibilities. I also know that if I need support, it's there.

I appreciate that my team thinks and acts like a team. They are supportive with questions and answers and work towards the mission of making Vincit the best it can be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that benefits and 401K with match start right away. I also like that there are a lot of built in perks for self-education through our Competence Development Bonus, ability to attend conferences, free Udemy classes and more.
