My compensation is not within the average range for my role or experience. When I asked about it, I was told that people that were hired in the first few months of 2020 were paid too high so they had to bring down salaries going forward. So because others were overpaid, now some are underpaid.

We have account managers and customer success advisors on our team. We are not split up and do not have a defined line on who does what and we all have very similar jobs and job descriptions. My pay does not reflect what others are making and I work just as hard and long as they do.

When I started there was mention of a bonus program, but upon execution there it has been no where in site. We work on OKR which are stretch goals, but they are not tied to compensation in any way.

Benefits package is ok, not amazing. Pay is not up to what some competing companies offer. Culture is probably better at Virbela, so it is a trade-off.
