The organization, of course, provided benefits to employees to get the public in Space
Management never thanks you when you have a good idea unless it is their idea. If you do have a good idea and you are not part of the IN crowd then they will take your idea and give it to someone they like. This ends with them destroying your idea and low and behold it becomes your idea again.
