I love this company so much
First level managers are generally good, executive leadership is clueless

Back to school and be trained in management skills and Space safety.
An actual vision of the future and some hands on experience with the industry they are working in. No one there seems to understand what aviation is or how it works. Let alone space travel.
Stop propagating and encouraging the negative stereotypes of people they don’t know, A dog that brings a bone, takes a bone

It works well with others
Very good health benefits, much better than other companies on the area

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The organization, of course, provided benefits to employees to get the public in Space
Management never thanks you when you have a good idea unless it is their idea. If you do have a good idea and you are not part of the IN crowd then they will take your idea and give it to someone they like. This ends with them destroying your idea and low and behold it becomes your idea again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and support of each other

Like a lot of people, I think my team is amazing and lovely but there is a disconnect between the teams. We're a bunch of cliques within the collective.
They are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better project management and accountability
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We value our different backgrounds and perspectives.
Great perks, after hours free dinner service, CEO hosted happy hours, incredible parties, etc. They do what they need to create community and show that they care for you beyond the job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The static, past-focused culture clashes with the new Disney influence. This hinders progress and requires strong leadership to evolve and meet modern business needs.
Change over the leadership team
Hire people in management who actually known what they are doing, we aren't building another disneyland
Stop worrying about the company image and take care of the employees. The only people being taken care of are the executives. everyone else is just along for the ride. Empower the employees and pay them well as well as respect their ideas.
They know what the problems are, but they will never change it to continue to be accepted by the click, so it make no sense to say.

Fix broken processes, listen to engineers with experiencd
Secret Clicks and assuming Biased Negative Stereotypes of new employees if you don’t make a “joke” every time you pass someone, it will NEVER BE IMPROVED, as long as those people are
