Like a lot of people, I think my team is amazing and lovely but there is a disconnect between the teams. We're a bunch of cliques within the collective.
They are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We value our different backgrounds and perspectives.
Great perks, after hours free dinner service, CEO hosted happy hours, incredible parties, etc. They do what they need to create community and show that they care for you beyond the job.
