What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits are good, although per paycheck we pay a fair amount. I like the $50/year bus pass!

Very positive, good teamwork and promotes individual interests in learning and educating the team about various aspects of the job

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Unit managers are supportive and understanding. They support positive work environment, engage staff in decision-making, and promote staff career development.

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to help people and be among other staff who are doing their best every day. No one here cuts corners.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Teamwork! I've never worked anywhere with such a positive work culture. If someone isn't busy they always ask their coworkers if they need help. Charge/Resource nurses always ensure everyone gets their full breaks.
