Mark Johnson is an accomplished operations leader with over a decade of experience scaling revenue operations and building operational infrastructure for high-growth technology companies. As the COO at Virtana, Mark is responsible for driving operational excellence across the business and aligning systems, processes, and teams to accelerate growth.
Mark has a proven track record of building world-class operations teams and establishing the foundational infrastructure that enables companies to scale efficiently. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Spring Health, where he scaled the RevOps organization during a period of hypergrowth (+$400M in revenue during his 3 years), building enterprise-grade systems, driving forecast accuracy, and scalable processes to enable long-term sustainable growth.
Prior to Spring Health Mark served as a Chief of Staff to global field operations leaders at both Genesys & Elastic and led the Sales Strategy & Operations function at Kinetica.
Mark’s leadership philosophy is rooted in coaching, consistency, and accountability—shaped early in his career as an NCAA college baseball coach.
