Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does their best to keep the company informed and engaged.
They are exceptionally friendly and caring.
I think everyone cares and is fair to their reports
They really take everyone's input seriously and appreciate all recommendations, no matter where they come from.
The leadership team has strong vision for where we want to be in the industry and are willing to make the tough decisions to get us there. Despite a lot of change in the last couple of years we have had great success with new clients and are growing rapidly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
"Remote first" culture and passion for the product.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Empathy, growth mindset and humility
How smart and caring they all are and how they believe in the mission of our company.
We support each other and are always willing to lend a helping hand.
We are all enthusiastic and enjoy making a difference in the world with our work.
We have a small, nimble team where everyone is willing to dig in and help each other out. It can be hard to have good culture in a virtual environment but I think we do a really good job at VH.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help when required.
The desire to learn and improve and have a very high level of excellence.
People are always looking for opportunities to get to know each other more, which makes work that much more enjoyable.
We are a very flat and collaborative organization, everyone tries hard to make themselves available and help each other out regardless of level or title.
People care about each other. It's amazing the relationships people build in a remote-first company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendliness of interviewers and transparency about the process.
It included more conversation instead of just being thrown question after question.
I got to meet a variety of leaders and potential co workers during the process. Many of my interviews were more conversations where I had an opportunity to really get an understanding for the business and the leadership team's vision for where we are headed.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on a variety of different dynamic issues, it's never boring!
Solving problems and working with smart people to improve the org
I like the feeling of completing a project after working with several different teams successfully.
We are constantly improving and there is always room for new ideas. I really appreciate the focus on innovation and growth and I think most employees appreciate working in a fast paced, innovative environment
