There is no Work/life balance. You have too many projects, not enough resources and that leads to working weekends and very late night just to keep up!
Take time to actually communicate in person. Things get lost in email.
Structured meeting that actually uncover blockers and provide solutions in a constructive manner. The meetings are just a tool to blame others for delays and scope creep.
Create a positive team oriented environment where people share project responsibilities, ideas, successes and learn from failures.

Resource / capacity planning for 100% of people's time is never correct leading to lots of overtime. Tryy to " book" 80% and allow 20% for filling in the gaps. Don't worry, this time will be filled.
Customers love the work produced but the employees suffer and are held responsible for account managers that say yes to every request after a signed statement of work without increasing budget or expanding the timeline as required. You just have to get it done no matter what.
