Good at rolling up their sleeves, approachable

Truly being leaders! There is no strategic long-term vision, all decisions seem to be reactive. As a starting point, they could practice what they preach in the blog posts.

Great benefits for healthcare, personal spending and flexible time off.

Everything was streamlined, easy to get through the process and great communication. The onboarding program is outstanding.
