Get people in your dam store who cares enough about people to do as asked and find out where your glasses are after the person asked them to get before leaving to go out of state and then tell me they wont even be here when dam promist the young lady there at the lake orion but the trans need to go

Horrible customer on hold for 30 min

The dentist was rude and unprofessional

Answering phones would be a step 1, I want someone to explain the charges for my glasses. I have waited for 30 plus minutes so far. I think it would be easier to file a complaint with Medicare and Insurance regulators.

Have your own lab of lens crafters on site and make sure they cut them correctly i stead of make three differnt trips and still not have correct frames or perscription after three months. This is outragious for the price you pay and money you spend to visit over three times and still not have them
