Mr. Scott D. Chaplin has been Senior Vice President of Legal, Human Resources and Corporate Services of Vista Outdoor Inc since January 2018 and its Corporate Secretary since February 09, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Vista Outdoor Inc. (formerly-Alliant Techsystems Inc.) from February 09, 2015 to January 2018. Mr. Chaplin served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Orbital ATK, Inc. from 2012 to February 9, 2015. He has overall responsibility for the corporate legal function, including government contract oversight, regulatory compliance, ATK's global sales team support and oversight for product and intellectual property management.
