What's the company culture like at Vista Tech?
Company-wide, there really isn't one as most teams operate fairly autonomously from corporate and even internal management. Each team has it's own culture and character dependent on the character and personally of those who comprise it. Though I will say there is an overarching 'hush' of all contractors to keep the 'fun' down so government employees don't see us the 'wrong' way and it leads to a sometimes uncomfortable environment but overall very professional.
