affordable healthcare and vision package
The monthly bonus is very good and is given to the whole team

I would like to be paid more for training someone above me
Salary is non-competitive. Salary does not increase with experience or promotions by more than a dollar at best, a quarter at worst.
Getting treated fairly. Cannot happen when the dm has favored others!
This company is not good
As a part timer we do not get any benefits, yet we work just as hard and gain the same knowledge as the key holders.
If I am going to be threatened for lack of sparks I want compensation for performance. Upper management, those who do not work in the stores, need to treat us better.
