What is the best part about your compensation package?

Generpus PTO and some work from home- - for many it's the one thing keeping them there.

Insurance isn't great for anyone these days. I do appreciate the extras like Omada, Headspace, Lyra, and HomeThrive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am responsible for sales and account management for 1500 hospitals while also creating my own sales enablement tools and designing new programs to sell to members based on unmet needs while having the title of senior program manager.

I receive no credit for my contributions at work

Poor management and pay below industry benchmarks
