Solving complex problems as part of a team. Can't do this on my own.
They respect the staff. They know that we are all professionals that are working to get the job done. No micromanaging.
They are all genuinely nice people. Not only are they smart, but they are just kind people that are fun to work with.
Everyone seems pretty happy and we all get along well. There's a lot of remote staff, so communication is often brief but it's good hearted.
Best and worst was that there was a lot of steps. You interview with so many people. It takes a while. That's bad. But the good part is that a LOT of people have to like you and trust you before you get hired. So by the time you get an offer, you know that you are going to be a good fit.
