He also has prior work experience in corporate law at Dewey Ballantine LLP and in marketing at Grey Global Group Inc. He has been an Independent Director at Control4 Corporation since June 2000. He serves as a Director of AutoCell Laboratories and BigFix Inc. He serves as a Board Observer of Vocera Communications and Medsphere. He served as a Director of IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager. He served as a Director of TeleSym, Inc., Santur Corporation, Application Security, Inc., and Exit41, Inc. Mr. Born holds an M.B.A and a J.D from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Amherst College. He is a member of the California State Bar Association.
