All about the bottom line and employees are just a number

very toxic environment, hit or miss with leaders (they are people after all), but the corporate culture is one of intense internal competition where your peers actually want you to fail, so learning and collaborating can be extremely difficult. The CEO has an 80's mentality of top-down bullying

Great work environment. They promote working at our convenience to increase productivity.

Everything is soumd amd in place

The leadership team will listen to the employees. They are approachable and open to new ideas.

They are fun outside of work.

The ease of understanding it

Team members have been with the company for many years, there is longevity and great knowledge with experience.

I particularly enjoyed my immediate team, but that is due to a culture built with intention and protected from the broader corporate culture.

I work from the comfort of my home

There is a spirit of cooperation between the various teams and departments. We help each other out as best we can. New ideas are at least heard at the company.

surrounded by intelligent hardworking people

All the after hours events are fun. Generally the work is boring, tedious, and unappreciated. People are treated like replaceable pawns in a chess game.

That it took place on teams

It was thorough and I met with many different people representing several different departments.

Thinking back, I enjoyed meeting the people and understanding their roles, but the process was so long, required so much preparation and took months from start to finish.
