Understanding the needs of their employees as well as their customers and not be afraid to make changes and or step outside the box
Compensation is flat after you join. It's a you scratch my back culture, not a meritocracy. I have had multiple offers much higher that I'm considering. I also do my managers job / they are obsolete. Director+ comp is fantastic. Get there and do the bare minimum. 95% in that role do so.
Employee share of benefit cost rises each year; pensions have been eliminated; benefits to retirees have all but ended.
No transparency on grade level compensation. Medical and vehicle privileges continue to be cut at a larger expense to the employees
There should be more opportunities for bonuses and raises

The leadership team needs to remain professional at all times and avoid gossiping with the employees
