We work together towards the dealers and company's goals.
Leadership, team member quality, openness to learn from each other, TRUST, and support when things go bad and good.
We stick together and help each other out and we also contribute to the team equally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was nothing there postive at work
It is refreshing and not stuck to one model.
A mission that aligns with personal values, and the ability to disagree with others until proven otherwise. Debates are openly encouraged to ensure we are moving forward with the best idea.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to speak and time answering question
It is based on qualifications.
Speaking directly with my potential manager, and the avoidance of useless "cover all" behavioral questions. It was more of an open discussion as to what they were doing, and how my experience would/could help.
Getting flown out to California for the final interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being aloud to do my position without constant overview.
Passionate team, and incredible manager, and high visibility work.
