What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about my compensation package is the paid vacation days and the insurance benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need more money and aren’t allowed to receive more mone
Long term employees fall behind in terms of salary
Contract employees are stuck at the same pay rate and never accumulate more PTO days as long as you are in the same position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their kindness towards me every morning.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
meetings are without an agenda and long
My coworkers need to improve their work ethics as far as teamwork and communication skills.
I love my co-workers. We work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being around awesome German engineering.
People always helping each other to motivate others and themselves

Everyone is usually pretty good at pitching in and helping out when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The blaming and manager enforcement needs to lighten up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick. Focused on interviewing with the right people. Pleasant work environement

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To be more thorough with questions and not be so judgmental to end the interview early.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don’t think it can ever improv
The typical mechanical issues with the brand and engine type/electronics of new and older vehicles.
The workplace is unorganized and exhibits negative energy.
They need to show appreciation and add value unto their employees for as much value as they offer. I have never worked for a company that invested so little into their employees.
