What needs to change to make the company culture better?A sales only focus. Back office functions are left to a failed leadership. Quality managers are left to barely function. Root issues are not resolved, just blamed on systems versus process and structure.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding the transactional business. Too many Executives & Managers doing the same thing and not actually caring about quality.
