Mr. Greenbaum served as the President of Mendik Realty (the predecessor to the New York City Office Properties Division) from 1990 to April 1997. Mr. Greenbaum started his career as a Tax Attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manges and then joined The Mendik Company, a private owner of commercial real estate properties, which merged into Vornado Realty Trust in 1997. He served as President of Mendik RELP Corporation at Mendik Real Estate Limited Partnership since April 1997. He serves as Vice Chairman of Citizens Budget Commission. He serves as a Director of Lighthouse Guild International. He holds undergraduate degree from University of Rochester.
