
The company allows all employees 1 holiday per year for religious observances. On that day, you're allowed to return to the barracks 30 minutes early in the evening. But you have to report in an hour early that day and stay an hour later the next day.
If you get really sick you'll be taken off the line for a few days. It's not worth it though. You get a demotion or termination most of the time.
Very flexible. If you can't keep up with the 16 hours of hard manual labor above ground management is happy to reassign you to dungeon duty.
We're allowed to go home once a month for up to a full hour to spend time with our families and take care of personal business.
