How hard is it to get promoted at VossBoss)?
It's really really really hard!
We had a guy who had been in the camp for 35 years. His time for a promotion finally came up. We didn't hear from him again but there was meat in the soup the next couple days.
If you're handy with a knife or poison and not afraid to get your hands dirty it can be done.

How flexible is your work schedule at VossBoss)?

If you get really sick you'll be taken off the line for a few days. It's not worth it though. You get a demotion or termination most of the time.
Very flexible. If you can't keep up with the 16 hours of hard manual labor above ground management is happy to reassign you to dungeon duty.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that VossBoss) asks?
Name. Place of birth. Parents names. Parents place of birth. Do you have any affiliations with any organizations ideologically against the corporate interests of Vossboss? Have you or anyone you know ever been involved with a human rights organization?

What benefits does VossBoss) provide?
One new pair of socks every winter. And a double ration of soup on your birthday.
Under the former regime we were allowed 1 hour of yard time once per month. After VossBoss International folded our local branch into the conglomerate they introduced the point incentive system. Now you have to save up points if you want yard time. 95 points will buy you 30 minutes of yard time. If you really apply yourself it's possible to get about 40 points in a given month through legitimate means.

yea
Yes. Most of us have to go through a few basic Q&A sessions with the Director of Interrogation when we're first brought here. If you tell them whatever they want it's usually over soon enough if they believe you. They'll usually cut you a little anyway just to make sure you're not holding out.
Yes. They make sure you are taking all the company assigned medications.
What's the work from home policy like at VossBoss)?
The guards are really good about making you feel at home.
We're not allowed to leave the camp, so you could say we all work from home.
We all live at the factory, so technically we work from home.

You are usually escorted to your cell immediately after your intake interview sessions are concluded.
What is the dress code at VossBoss)?

Our employees are the happiest in the world.
what happens to this
Things have been in decline under the new management structure. Food rations were cut by 75% over the past six months and access to sunlight has been severely curtailed. Most of my team hasn't been outside in over a year now.

the basement is still there but we work from home now, so you still need to go to the closest basement you can find
When we complain we get sent down the basement for days at a time.

Formal wear. They're really stuffy here.
Body Armor. The VossBoss facility is in a really shady part of town and VossBoss management is involved in several turf wars with the local gangs. Protect yourself when going to interview.
What's the company culture like at VossBoss)?
There's a lot of infighting. Recently a few of the workers got into a fight when one guy cut someone off in the soup line. One ended up in the basement for six months. The other one will be served up in the soup next week.

One of the guys in our camp once managed to steal some bread from the kitchen. The guards found out about it and took him to the lower basement. He hasn't been back since.

No difference. They both don't exist.
What kind of people does VossBoss) like to hire?
People who will follow orders without question. If you have no ethics you will also be a good candidate for management.
How are the managers in the Engineering department at VossBoss)?
Ruthless and tyrannical. The smart ones are extremely paranoid. The ones that are trusting usually don't last long.
What programming languages does VossBoss) use?
VB. It's not visual basic. It's a highly obscure custom language VossBoss created that they have us work in. They do this in part to prevent us from thinking we have options outside of the VossBoss ecosystem.
