I was very excited to start because I had to work with a some other companies who were not really my thing, but VoteBash is really another experience with great leadership and I see a very very bright future for all of us working at the company.

That it is very simple and good structured.

My Coworkers, the positive energy, the high mindset, the positive transformation, that I always learn new things, the good structure, the good salary and the feeling to achieve anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helping and adding massive value to each other. We have a positive mindset and work really hard to get the best out of us. Everyday new things come up and that's the most interesting part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really love it how everyone is doing it's best to improve and motivate each other and themselves, I have been here for a year now and I can see how many of my coworkers have improved and became a better version of themselves. Staying here makes you improve your mindset and knowledge in winning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like it that the leadership is taking full responsibility in bringing the teams and the company near to success day by day. I hear new successes everyday and it motivates me and my other coworkers a lot and we love it! I am really looking forward to see how we will be in 5 years from now!
