My journey so far at VoteBash has being challenging but at the same time I have grown a lot as a person under the guidance of the senior members of the company. They have being very helpful in fine-tuning my closing and I'm really looking forward to whats to come.

The best part about my team is the camaraderie formed between us and that everyone plays their part in creating an environment that encourages open-mindedness and personal growth.

I like it how the interviewer was really trying to understand me as a person and what I wanted out of working with VoteBash to ensure that the relationship was a win-win both ways.

The leadership team leads by example and caters their advice to the needs of every member. They leave no member behind and nurtures each individual in such a way that ensures the person can always perform at their best.

The best part of the compensation package rewards is that the benefits I get shows that our CEO clearly cares about the workers and has put in lots of thoughts in making it a win-win situation for both parties.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is that it gives me the opportunity to interact with different personalities everyday as I am always on calls with clients so it is fulfilling how I can develop connections with lots of people.
