There has never been any payment, the company is in startup mode for over 10 years now

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have done quite excel on the thing we're doing. Always there is room for improvement.
Trained more than enough with them
Like with most companies, not all members skill level is the same. We are always working on ways to help each other and train each other from within AND from the top.
I think a playbook would be useful especially as we recruit new team my.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Is just a matter of time of owning more property and asset that we could do whatever we want for our culture that not affect by outside our ability. For example covid
It's already very good culture
Like with many fast-moving companies, sometimes communication is slightly behind the pace of movement, we are working on it though.
To be honest I am not sure. One of the best things about VoteBash is the culture. Our CEO has creates a place where you can feel safe to speak up, learn and have fun. Not much to dislike about that!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there are a lot of promisses but no actual progress

Nothing much for now as I think is going wrong as everything pretty much going great as we always looking for improvement
Nothing i believe the company is much more powerful
Nothing in particular is wrong however I would like to see the group communication streamlined.
Some timelines are vaguer than others, resulting in frustration at times. Even so, the overall mission and vision is strong.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I feel we pretty top in all areas in the company although we always seek for improvement. If I needed to pick one thing would be looking forward to seeing how we as a company destroy the current success and make it into another higher level
