I get to work from home and am allowed to work at my own pace, but knowing there are deadlines that need to be met

Very employee (Team) oriented. VOX Leadership Team strives to make the working environment friendly, safe, secure and the culture is very positive. There is no managing by intimidation, just the opposite - encouragement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Freedom of time off - PTO - but would like to see VOX match a percent of our stock contributions. Our major medical choices is good with VOX's assistance with a portion of the over all expense
